Refund policy

At Grippies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact us at contact@grippies.store within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Package your items securely with all original packaging and tags
  • Ship the return using the provided instructions

Return Shipping

  • We offer free returns on defective or incorrect items
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • Grippies is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  • Return your original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@grippies.store
  • Include photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund
  • Return shipping will be prepaid for defective/damaged items

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us at contact@grippies.store within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately
  • Return shipping for the incorrect item will be prepaid

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
  • Contact your bank (processing time varies)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@grippies.store
